February 1, 2026 – Financial Aid Application Opens

February 20th – 10% registration fees due for those wishing to receive early registration discount.

March 1, 2026 – Early Registration Deadline (all those wishing to receive early registration rate must register by this deadline)

May 5, 2026 – 20% Conference Deposit Due

May 5, 2026 – Financial Aid Application Closes

May 13, 2026 – Financial Aid Decisions Release

May 20, 2026 – No changes to hotels after this deadline will be honored

June 1, 2026 – All Conference Fees Due (no refunds grated after this deadline; $25 late fee processed after this deadline)

June 1, 2026 – Registration Closes

June 15, 2026 – Country-Committee Preferences Due

July 15, 2026 – Delegate Names, Hotel Info, and Liability Forms Due

August 1, 2026 – Position Paper Deadline to Receive Feedback

August 14, 2026 – Position Papers Due Before First Committee Session
