March 1, 2026 – Early Registration Deadline: Delegations must pay at least 10% of the total package value by this date to secure the early registration discount; otherwise, rates will revert to the Regular Fee.

May 5, 2026 – 20% Conference Deposit Due

May 5, 2026 – Financial Aid Application Closes

May 15, 2026 – Financial Aid Decisions Release

May 20, 2026 – No changes to hotels after this deadline will be honored

June 1, 2026 – All Conference Fees Due (no refunds grated after this deadline)

June 1, 2026 – Regular Registration Closes + Late Registration Open until 8/1/26

June 22, 2026 - Country-Committee Preferences Due

July 15, 2026 – Delegate Roster (Names and Assignments), Hotel Info, Participant Supervision Agreement, and Liability Forms Due

July 29, 2026 – Position Paper Deadline to Receive Feedback

August 1, 2026 – YMUN Brasil Registration Closes

August 14, 2026 – Position Papers Due Before First Committee Session
