CONFERENCE FEES & PACKAGES
YMUN Brasil has partnered with the Royal Tulip and Golden Tulip to provide high-end hotel accommodations at prices significantly below market rates. Below, find the available package options:
YMUN Brasil Royal: Stay in the 5-star Hotel Royal Tulip, where the Conference will take place for a cheaper price than the market. In this package, you are entitled to three nights at the Royal Tulip, with breakfast included, as well as the conference registration fee. Each hotel room in the Royal Package accommodates up to two people. Staying at the conference hotel reduces transportation costs and enhances your students’ overall experience. This package also includes the access to all YMUN Brasil conference activities, including committee sessions, panels, and the college fair, and provides conference materials to delegates on the first day of the conference.*
REGULAR: $190 + 3 (days) x $168 (daily rate) = $694 USD
YMUN Brasil Gold: Stay in the 4-star Hotel Golden Tulip, next to where the Conference will take place for a cheaper price than the market. In this package, you are entitled to three nights at the Golden Tulip, with breakfast included, as well as the conference registration fee. Each hotel room in the Royal Package accommodates up to two people. Staying at the conference hotel reduces transportation costs and enhances your students’ overall experience. This package also includes the access to all YMUN Brasil conference activities, including committee sessions, panels, and the college fair, and provides conference materials to delegates on the first day of the conference.
REGULAR: $190 + 3 (days) x $110 (daily rate) = $520 USD
YMUN Brasil Essential: The Essential Package grants access to all YMUN Brasil conference activities, including committee sessions, panels, and the college fair, and provides conference materials to delegates on the first day of the conference. However, it does not include accommodation. Staying at the conference hotel reduces transportation costs and enhances your students’ overall experience. Stay in the 4-star Hotel Golden Tulip or 5-star Hotel Royal Tulip, next to where the Conference will take place for a cheaper price than the market!
REGULAR: $190 USD
For YMUN Brasil, the Faculty Advisor fee is $120 USD at all times!**
*Delegates may choose to add an additional fourth day if they wish. The total price will increase by the respective daily rate of the chosen hotel.
**A friendly reminder that, according to YMUN Brasil Terms and Conditions, no delegation may exceed 20 advisors and one advisor is required for every 20 delegates in a delegation
***Clarification: When a hotel room is added on the platform, it represents one room reserved for three nights, accommodating up to two delegates. Delegates can be directly assigned to the room using the “Assign Delegate” button. The amounts of $504 for three nights at the Royal Tulip and $330 for three nights at the Golden Tulip refer to the total price of the room, not the amount that each individual delegate must pay.
