CONFERENCE FEES & PACKAGES
YMUN Brasil offers three package options: Royal, Golden & Essential. All delegates are required to pay a registration fee of USD $190, which includes access to all conference activities (committee sessions, panels, and the college fair) as well as conference materials provided on the first day. YMUN Brasil has partnered with the Royal Tulip and Golden Tulip to offer high-quality accommodation at rates below market price, including daily breakfast. Please find the details of each package below:
YMUN Brasil Royal Package: Stay at the 5-star Hotel Royal Tulip, the official Conference venue, at a cheaper price than the market.
Benefits: 3 nights at the Royal Tulip¹+ no transportation costs + breakfast included + conference registration fee.
Total Room Price: USD $504 for 3 nights at 2-person accommodation (August 14-17)
Room Price Per Delegate: USD $252 per person in a 2-person room
TOTAL PER DELEGATE: USD $252 + USD $190 = USD $442
YMUN Brasil Golden Package: Stay at the 4-star Hotel Golden Tulip, located next to the Conference venue, at a cheaper price than the market.
Benefits: 3 nights at the Golden Tulip + no transportation costs + breakfast included + conference registration fee.
Total Room Price: USD $330 for 3 nights at 2-person accommodation (August 14-17)
Room Price Per Delegate: USD $115 per person in a 2-person room
TOTAL PER DELEGATE: USD $115 + USD $190 = USD $305
YMUN Brasil Essential Package: includes registration fee only (no accommodation).
Note: Delegates selecting this option may arrange their own accommodation. However, staying at the official conference hotels (Royal Tulip or Golden Tulip) is recommended to reduce transportation costs² and enhance the overall experience.
TOTAL PER DELEGATE: USD $190
For YMUN Brasil, the Faculty Advisor fee is $120 USD!³
¹Delegates may choose to add an additional fourth day if they wish. The total price will increase by the respective daily rate of the chosen hotel.
²YMUN Brasil will not offer any transportation services.
³A friendly reminder that, according to YMUN Brasil Terms and Conditions, no delegation may exceed 20 advisors and one advisor is required for every 20 delegates in a delegation
Clarification: When a hotel room is added on the platform, it represents one room reserved for three nights, accommodating up to two delegates. Delegates can be directly assigned to the room using the “Assign Delegate” button. The amounts of $504 for three nights at the Royal Tulip and $330 for three nights at the Golden Tulip refer to the total price of the room, not the amount that each individual delegate must pay.
